By creating an account or using Darakav (the darakav.com website and app) you accept these terms. Darakav is run by Seyyed Ali Mirsalari as an individual, and you can reach us at support@darakav.com.
What Darakav is
Darakav is a tool for recording and understanding your personal finances: accounts, holdings, loans, budgets and goals. It is not a bank, exchange, broker or financial adviser, and it doesn’t hold or move anyone’s money.
Still in development
Darakav is still being developed. It may contain errors, change, or be unavailable for a while. The service is provided “as is”. Keep your own copy of important financial records and don’t make Darakav their only source.
Not financial advice
Darakav’s reports, calculations and prices are there to help you see your financial position. They are not a recommendation to buy, sell or invest. Market prices come from public sources and may be delayed or wrong. Check the information yourself before any financial decision.
Your account
- Enter accurate information and use each account only yourself.
- Protect your password. We recommend turning on two-step sign-in.
- If you think someone else has accessed your account, change your password and let us know.
Acceptable use
You may not use Darakav for anything unlawful, try to break into or disrupt the service, access other people’s accounts, create accounts in bulk, or collect data automatically. Doing so may lead to your account being restricted or closed.
Your data is yours
You own the information you enter. You only allow Darakav to keep and process it to provide this service. The details are in the privacy policy. You can export your information or delete your account at any time.
Liability
Darakav works to provide a correct, secure and available service, but to the extent the law allows, it is not responsible for losses arising from financial decisions, mistakes in the information you enter, inaccurate market prices or the service being unavailable.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time under “Data & privacy” in Settings. If these terms are not followed, access to an account may be restricted or closed.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page is updated, and important changes are announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use Darakav after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
